Micromax Canvas Infinity is bezel free and on budget

September 4 2017: Smartphone makers  today, are  offering  devices with displays are that are getting bigger and better. Bezel-less devices -- where the display extends right to the edge -- are available in high end phones, but desi brand Micromax has now   brought this feature to the affordable segment.
The Micromax Canvas Infinity is a 5.7 inch device with 18:9 display screen with 1440x720 HD resolution. We watched a few videos on this device and the display quality is really impressive with vibrant colours and sharpness, even while playing games. If you are someone who wants to  largely replace the TV with a smartphone,  this  is the one for you  Inspite of the bigger screen size, it can be operated with one hand and won’t hurt your arms during marathon viewings of your  favourite serial. The device isn’t all metal clad: the rear removable panel where the finger-print sensor is located, is  plastic,. But the all black body looks and feels premium.
Performance wise,  the phone runs smoothly without any lag with the Snapdragon 425 processor and 3 GB RAM,  on Android 7.0, but Micromax  will soon release an update for  8.0 Oreo.
For selfie lovers, the Canvas Infinity has a better front camera (16 MP)  than the rear camera, with features like soft flash and real time Bokeh effect, which can be seen mostly  only in phones with dual lens cameras. There’s also a super pixel mode that clicks multiple pictures at the same time and combines them to give you higher resolution and more details. The rear camera of 13 megapixels with f 2.0 aperture also does a decent job.
The phone uses a removable 2900 mAh battery that served for 9-10 hours on moderate usage. Supporting 4G connectivity, the device comes with two SIM slots and a memory card slot. The internal memory of 32 GB is expandable up to 250 GB.
Priced at Rs.9,999, the Micromax Canvas Infinity offers the feel of a premium smart-phone but within budget.
