Charlie Foo  to head Brocade in Asia-Pac

New Delhi, May 14, 2012: Charlie Foo is to be the new vice president for Asia Pacific (APAC) at networking solutions leader, Brocade. He succeeds Deb Dutta will be based in Singapore.
An industry veteran with more than 20 years of sales management and leadership experience, Foo was most recently senior director of the Brocade Partner Business Group for APAC where he drove the company’s regional business strategy for growth and diversification, and led the partner strategy with distributors, resellers, OEMs and global systems integrators across the region. He joined Brocade in January 2007.

Prior to joining Brocade, Foo was regional director of Channel and Alliance for Asia Pacific/Japan at Veritas-Symantec. He also assumed senior regional leadership positions at IBM Corporation (software Group, Asia Pacific), Compaq Computers Asia/Pacific and Singapore Computer Systems. He holds an MBA from the University of Dubuque, Iowa, USA.
