Nokia has enlarged the responsibility of its India Managing Director D Shivakumar. He will oversea business across Africa and the Middle East, besides India. This is part of a restructuring where the Finland based telecom leader has fomed four marketing regions – Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific (including China) and IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa).
