Manu Raj is the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of leading IT critical physical infrastructure services company Swafe BPM. He comes to Swafe with a operational experience of 16 year in MNCs like Accenture, Sitel India and Transworks Services. He was at the leadership role in capability development & customer service delivery operations in Accenture Services, Mumbai, juts prior to his Swafe appointment.
