New Delhi, May 3, 2015: Jayant Sood takes charge as Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCO) for leading Indian online marketplace Snapdeal.
Jayant comes with 25 years of rich experience, of which 20 years have been with American Express and the last 5 years with Bharti Airtel as the Chief Service Officer. He has an extensive background in leading and managing large scale operations delivery, business transformation, finance & accounting, change management and customer experience both within India and across International markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi and Chartered Accountancy (CPA) from “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”.
