Bajaj Allianz harnesses Whatsapp to enhance customer services

Pune, March 23, 2020: Leading Indian  private life insurer Bajaj Allianz Life,  has introduced  a WhatsApp-based service tool for customers..
Customers can simply message, “Hi” from their Whatsapp number to 8806727272 and avail more than 20 services on their policy. What’s more is that customers can get almost all resolutions on their policy 24*7 on WhatsApp through the Company’s AI enabled chatbot BOING, and LIVE CHAT assistance from a service representative.
The encryption on the messaging platform will ensure information received and shared with the customer remains confidential
