October 8 2019: Leading Cyber Security expert Gautam Kumawat is planning to open a Virtual University for Law Enforcement agencies.  
He plans to provide quality crime investigation education for fighting cyber cases, combine e-learning, workshops, exercises to help law enforcement keep pace with cybercrime trends and combating cybercrime with actionable intelligence.   Even at the age of 16, he was already helping Rajasthan police in solving complex cyber crime cases to fight against cyber criminals. He also given training to New York City Police Department and INTERPOL. With his  venture HackingFlix, Gautam teaches ethical hacking, digital forensics, darknet and other various courses and  a large number of students across the world are benefited by his experience through online training sessions and courses. This year he co-founded a company named Impact Millions Online.
National Crime Records Bureau’s (NCRB) report ‘Crime in India 2016’ published in 2017 shows that total number of Cyber Crime cases registered are 9622, 11592 and 12317 in 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively. Mumbai (980 cases) has reported maximum counts of cases followed by Bengaluru (762 cases) and Jaipur (532 cases) during 2016. These numbers are only for those registered one. There is a huge number of Cyber Crime cases that are not reported. And this number is increasing day by day.
