Vivaldi now available for Android phone

Oslo, Norway, September 27, 2019: Finally independent browser Vivaldi  has come to hand phones: The company has released a beta release of its new, fully-featured browser for Android mobile devices.
“The browser you choose on your mobile device requires more and more agility to be effective in your day-to-day. Vivaldi rises to the challenge,” says Vivaldi CEO Jon von Tetzchner. “As the way people use phones continues to evolve, we’ll strive to continually innovate, bringing the best possible browsing experience to your mobile devices.”
Vivaldi on Android is a perfect complement to its desktop version. It has Vivaldi’s distinctive look and feel and a familiar set of built-in tools (including Panels, Speed Dials, Notes and Capture). And, it gives users a secure way to take Vivaldi – and their browsing data – anywhere and everywhere.
In the bottom-left corner of the browser, users will find Panels a quick way to access useful tools like Bookmarks, History, Notes, and Downloads. And to the right, the tab switcher lets users access regular, private, and synced tabs in addition to the trash can to retrieve recently closed tabs.
