A large majority of millennials nowadays are relocating to new cities, whether to expand their careers or to pursue higher studies. No wonder co-living spaces have now become a buzzword across the nation, and gained huge popularity amongst this demographic group in the recent years. According to a recent report by real estate portal Proptiger, the co-living sector in India houses an untapped demand of about 46.3 million beds, out of which 8.9 million arises from student housing.
“We are entering into agreements with multiple co-living providers for long term contracts. We are also constantly striving to expand our products and services in various cities and markets, and are currently in talks with a multitude of companies in the co-living and co-working space,” adds Sidhant Lamba.
