Oxigen chat is driven by Niki.ai

A software kit  from Niki.AI  enables  multiple  companies to serve their customers  better,  through a chat tool harnessing  artificial intelligence
Bangalore, February 6 2017: Thanks to chat bots like Microsoft's Cortana, Apple's Siri and Google Assistant, we  are becoming accustomed to the ease and convenience of asking questions and getting information  in a natural conversational style. Customers are demanding the same convenience when  working with other web based applications and services.Service providers and online commerce sites are scrambling to  beef up their interfaces with chat bots -- to remain competitive.
Doing that has become easier, thanks to a software development kit or SDK  offered by  Indian  AI solutions company Niki.ai.  Just 1 MB in size, the SDK harnesses Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning technologies, to enable  brands to enhance their app experience, improve engagement, increase customer retention, acquire new customers and monetize their customer base.
Many Indian enterprises  have harnessed the Niki tool: HDFC Bank is using it to enable banking and commerce across their customer touch points like its OnChat tool. The  Oxigen e-wallet provides consumers with a personalised, interactive experience with Chat & Pay. Ticketgoose, a bus booking service,  leverages the one-to-one sales ability of the chatbot, to  increase orders.  Coho, a home rental service, is utilising the SDK to improve the lifestyle of its customers by providing them with more services in their native app. OYO, India’s largest network of affordable  hotels has entered into a partnership with niki.ai, enabling users to book an OYO room with chat.
Programming and customization requirements are minimal. Brandsw  which sign up for the SDK  at  resellers.niki.ai, can  complete the integration in less than an hour of development effort,  with about  10 lines of code.
Says Sachin Jaiswal, CEO, Niki.ai: “We are making artificial intelligence accessible to everyone -- businesses and consumers --  by providing a simple and easy to use chat interface to shop for products and services. "
Niki.ai has been developing the bot for the past 2 years, serving over 50 million interactions across travel, entertainment, food, home services, utilities like bills and recharge.  The company was started in 2015, and  is funded by Ratan Tata and Unilazer Ventures.
The company also  offers a free app that lay users can download to book cabs, buses, hotels, events and experiences, recharge mobile, pay electricity, postpaid, datacard, landline, gas, water & dth bills, order food, have laundry service, and much more simply via chatting.
