CTO  brings telecom forum to Bangla Desh

Dhaka, September 7 2014: The 54th council  and annual forum of  the Commonwealth Telecommunication Organisation (CTO) starts  in Dhaka, Bangla Desh tomorrow.
Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) is the local host of  the event.  The theme of this year’s forum is ‘ICTs for Development – from Access to Inclusive and Innovative Services.’
