The GOQii Life fitness tracker comes with a  certified,  fitness coach, accessible 24/7, whom you can personally choose based on your fitness goals.
The coach monitors  and analyzes data feed from the wearable band, like hours of sleep, number of steps taken, calories burnt, etc. You can also manually fill details of your daily food and water consumption through the GOQii app. There is a chat option, which lets you interact with the coach and get real-time advice. We found this pretty interesting, as it  nudges  you stay  to motivated and clear doubts.
The app also comes with a unique concept of karma points. Those of us who feel motivated towards social causes can burn these Karma points for donations to various organizations.
The health band comes with a rubber strap and a removable OLED display, which tells you the time, number of steps taken, distance, and calories burnt with a single tap on its head. The rubber strap is minimalistic and light, but some might argue that it can be a wee bit uncomfortable after  longer wear. There is also the chance of the display falling off from the strap if it’s not properly fitted. But we are happy to overlook these , considering, it is one of few health bands in the market with a live human being at the end of it, monitoring your goals every minute.
