1.  Students from the Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore and their portable device for  plant nitrogen deficiency detection through leaf colour
2. The VIT Vellore team with their guide Prof R Marimuthu showed a low cost gesture detector using neural networks
3.The M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore team with their project on  Road Characterization for Digital Maps
4.   Shadaab and Gopinath from  the NIT Trichy team that created an auto balancing bike
5. From the Dharamsinh Desai University, Nadiad,   team seen with their guide, Prof Manish Thakker, a low cost vibration monitoring system for process industries
6.Vikram and Chonben from Govt College of Engineering Salem who worked on a multipurpose acoustic triangulation system.
