The EMERGE Products group of NASSCOM, has created a portal to help Indian startups test the market, by displaying their products in a searchable data base. Identifying and working with Start-up companies has traditionally been a challenge in the absence of a comprehensive and updated database
The “Crunchbase,  as they call it  ( www.ProductsMade.in ) will enable users to search companies by name and functionality. Zinnov Consulting will be curating all the product information, while Impetus has built the technology platform.   Startups have been invited to register at the site. Aug 12 2011
