Blink Play moves fitness tracking from wrist to ear

Bangalore, March 31 2019: After  health wearables what?  Hearables , that's what!  Just as you were getting used to strapping on a health tracker- music player comes a device that is even more convenient.   Almost a year after they developed  their first writs wearable health tracker, Blink Go, Lifestyle  brands  Myntra and Jabong  have teamed again to shrink its functions to fit into a snug pair of in-ear pieces: Blink Play is a new category of fitness devices: a smart hearable.
In other respects,  Blink Play  providess the usual functions we have come to expect from fitness trackers: calculation of steps, distance, calories burnt;  syncing with mobile phone or music player  and controlling stop-start of music using  in-wire  console of buttons; managing incoming calls on your phone.   Blink Play  is also voice assistant-ready: you can  say either Ok Google or Hey Siri depending on whether your phone is iPhone or Android  and then ask what ever you want. All this requires that you download the BlinkFit app on your phone.|
A small USB charging cable and 2 sizes of eartips with hooks are provided.   Other than the  track/volume up/down buttons, a single multi user button performs all other functions and takes some getting used to: I'm guessing that's no  hassle for today's young users.  At 2250, Blink Play is  a sound ( pun intended value!) for  those who  look for a fitness device that  doesn't sacrifice  fashion.
