The Delhi-heaquartered Zen Mobile has launched a handset that will be difficult to match in the ‘paisa vasool’ or value-for-money category: At 2.4 inches, the Zen X414 comes with the biggest screen in the budget phone sector, coupled with MP3 & MP4 player, FM radio with recording, a powerful led torch and a battery back-up of 40days on stand-by, thanks to an 1800mAh battery . What’s more, it’s a dual SIm ( GSM+GSM) handset with a USB connector and GPRS and WAP for web browsing. A 3.5mm audio jack lets users plug in external speakers and enjoy a superior multimedia experience.

The price? Rs 1799!  The company touts this as a first-timer's phone.
