Dell’s new Inspiron One 19 all-in-one home PC is just that--. Wi-Fi, Webcam, disk storage, DVD drive, and power adapter are all built into the High-Definition 18.5 inch widescreen display, saving some 44 percent over the space needed for a traditional desktop PC. And yes, you can mount it on the wall if you choose – unless you use the built in upright stand!

Measuring 19 inches wide, 15 inches tall and four inches deep, the Inspiron One 19 is based on the Intel Pentium Dual Core/Core2Duo processors with integrated graphics, with up to 4GB dual-channel DDR2 memory, 640GB hard drive storage, a 16x DVD RW optical drive, 802.11 b/g wireless connectivity, 8-in-1 media card reader, 1.3MP Webcam and integrated microphone.

There are a generous 6xUSB 2.0, ports, so useful these days, with almost every peripheral coming with USB.

With these specs, the compact design and small footprint is almost a free bonus; will appeal to  space challenged home users. However we would have liked to see the keyboard and mouse in wireless versions rather than USB. After all  when you can stick the PC on a wall,what's the point in dangling wires all over the place?

The Inspiron One 19 is now in India and costs Rs 29,900.
