Das is an established business leader with a  career spanning over 25 years in the IT & FMCG industry. Prior to joining HCL Infosystems, he was the Managing director of PT. Ingram Micro, Indonesia and had also worked with companies like Hindustan Lever Limited and Usha Rectifier Corporation Limited. Bimal has completed his MBA from FMS Delhi and Masters in Physics from Ravenshaw College, Orissa.
