Happiest Minds was selected by OneAssist to provide an end to end integrated technical platform that would help bring OneAssist's services to its customers. The solutions comprises a consumer-facing web portal for customers to subscribe to OneAssist's unique products; a comprehensive technology systems backbone that would conform to the highest security standards for customer data protection; an operations module for the back office operations and CRM solution for its24x7 Assistance Centre operations and integration with other key technology service providers.
