Indian brand launches pop-up camera-phone at MWC

Barcelona, February 27, 2019: Indian smartphone manufacturer CENTRiC,   has joined the select band of  manufacturers who have launched a pop-up type camera on the mobile phone.
Their  first pop-up selfie camera smartphone– CENTRiC S1   was laulnched 2 days ago at the at Mobile World Congress, ongoing  here.
With an almost bezel-less, 92% screen-to-body ratio, CENTRiC S1 is available in 64GB and 128GB storage variant. The device is powered with the new MediaTek Helio P70 Octa-Core Processor, Wireless Charging and Fast Charging with Pump Express 3.0 that charges the phone upto 50 per cent in 20 minutes and consumes less power while delivering flagship level performance. The handset is equipped with an 8MP front pop-up selfie camera and 16MP+ 5MP dual rear camera. Additionally, CENTRiC S1 variant comes with an AMOLED Display and class leading 700 nits Display for true representation of colours and contrast with sharp vividness.
At the starting price $310, CENTRiC S1 variant comes with a dual security of In-Display Finger Print Scanner and Face Unlocking Feature, providing users a seamless phone unlock experience. The company unveiled 4 more smartphones – L4, A2, G5 and G3 priced at $90, USD $140, $160 and $250, respectively.
