Say hello to Mighty Girl, India's newest comic super queen

Bangalore, November 14 2016:  Bang on time for  Children's Day November 14, comes a new female comic book super heroine for India --   Leela aka  Mighty Girl.
A spin off from that other Indian comic hero, Chakra the Invincible, who  has been entertaining  kids as an animated film on Cartoon Network India,  Leela is  his friend and neighbour.  She is  one of the few people who know his secret identity  and a twist of fate accidentally grants Leela unexpected superpowers:  she becomes Mumbai’s newest heroine, Mighty Girl.
Mighty Girl was unveiled over the weekend at the Comic Con conference in Bangalore and comes from POW Entertainment  whose creative head is the legendary comic strip artist Stan Lee  and co-author of characters like Spider-Man , X-Men, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Hulk and the Avengers.
Mighty Girl  will shortly be seen in the small screen: She will   join Chakra in a new animated TV film entitled, “Chakra the Invincible: The Mystery of Mighty Girl"    which is currently in production by Graphic India and POW  for a  2017 launch on Turner’s Indian kids channels.
