New Delhi, March18,  2015:  DataWind  has launched  its most affordable smartphone range  in India starting at just Rs 1,999. -- throwing in  free Internet access   for one year from  Reliance Communications. The PocketSurfer 2G4 is a 3.5 inch, Dual SIM, EDGE network smartphone ( Rs 1999) and the PocketSurfer 3G4 is a 4 inch, Dual SIM, Dual camera, 3G network compatible smartphone( Rs 2999).   Both the phones make use of DataWind’s web acceleration technology to deliver the fastest internet browsing experience through the UbiSurfer browser
