Global Info-security body sets up India office in Mumbai

Mumbai, December 14, 2013 — The world’s largest professional body of the information security business -- the Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)² (“ISC-squared”) -- has established a presence in India by opening an office in Mumbai.
(ISC)² adminsters the CISSP, CSSLP, and CCFP, certifications and will provide more localized resources and support for its 1,600+ members in India.
“We’re very excited to announce the opening of our new Mumbai office,” said W. Hord Tipton, CISSP, executive director, (ISC)². “With this important expansion, (ISC)2 is reaffirming its commitment to and support of membership growth overseas. In this new office, our personnel are dedicated to core parts of our business: member services and market development.
