Bangalore, July 21, 2013: Leading global ICT soolutions provider Huawei, has launched the Huawei Club, a platform for engaging with technology enthusiasts across the country. The launch of the Club in Bangalore is the first outside of China, and also the first such initiative by any smartphone maker. For starters, the Huawei Club will focus on promoting its new User Interface – the Emotion UI, which is the standard UI in most of the Huawei smartphones launched recently. Emotion UI is a Huawei-developed Android based man-machine interaction system for smart terminals.

The Huawei Club was launched last year in China and became widely popular with the youth, with a membership of over 5 million people. The Huawei Club will conduct periodic events for the members across Indian cities in colleges and at tech fairs.
