Bangalore, July 4, 2013: Sweden-headquartered networked video solutions leader Axis Communications,  has shared details on one of its biggest installation achievements in India – the 1500-outlet Café Coffee Day Chain. The chain will harness units of Axis’ M3011, M3004-V and M3203 dome network cameras for suveillance as well as improving staff performance in its retail outlets all over India, explained Venkatesh Babu S, Head-MIS, Café Coffee Day: “With 24/7 surveillance, the top level management will have a window into all the locations at all times, irrespective of their physical location and this will enable us to enrich our overall customer experience.”
Axis has installed 1000 cameras in 500 stores in the first phase, explained Sudhindra Holla, Country Manager, Axis Communications, India: “We are proud to partner with Café Coffee Day authorities as they invest in monitoring their cafes with advanced IP based surveillance cameras.”
