 Dec 15 2011: The first online retailing platform in India -- --selling food, grocery and household items has opened its doors -- sorry, portal! -- to the public in Delhi & the National Capital Region [NCR].  MyGrahak, currently, has 8,500 registered families using the portal to buy from a range of 10,000 SKUs (Stock Keeping Units).
Founded in December, 2010, MyGrahak Shopping online  plansa turnover of Rs. 1o billion  by 2015. is opening a new entire category for e-commerce in India. Key figures of MyGrahak,
· 5000 transactions per month growing at over 30% month on month
· Average bill size – Rs. 1,100
· Loyalty rate – repeat purchases have increased to 50% from 30% in last 2 months
