Beetel launches 7-inch Tablet for India, below Rs 10K

Beetel Teletech, a Bharti Enterprises group company has launched its own tablet device – the Beetel Magiq -- an Android 2.2 tablet for the Indian market.
The 7.0” WVGA screen Magiq, has 2 megapixel front and rear cameras and 8 GB of internal memory which is expandable to 16 GB. The device which has a 2200 mAh battery for long battery life supports WiFi( 802.11 /b/g/n) and 3G (with an Airtel SIM). Beetel Magiq is fuelled by a 1 Ghz Snapdragon processor.
Vinod Sawhny – Executive Director & CEO, Beetel Teletech Limited, said at Wednesday’s launch: “The Beetel Magiq is not only about affordability but also about aspirational features which were previously available in the high-end devices and not within the reach of the majority of Indian customers. Indian customers can support their professional as well as their entertainment needs”.

The tablet will be available in India at an MRP of Rs. 9999.
