March 11, 2023: The 2023 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo (WBE ) is slated to take place  at the China Import & Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou on August 8 and 9 this year.
Hosted by eminent trade bodies like Guangdong Battery Industry Association, Guangdong Lithium Battery Industry Association, Tianjin Battery Industry Association, Zhejiang Storage Battery Industry Association, etc., the 2023 show  will fill a 100,000 sq.m show floor with1,000 exhibitors.
It has so far attracted many big brands as its exhibitors in the past few years, such as CATL, CALB, BAK, Tianneng Group, TeamGiant, Lishen, Sunwoda, Tinci, XCJ, Aoyou Power, Sinowatt, Cham Battery, Xupai, Great Power, etc.
The event is co located with  the 2023 World Power Supply Expo and the 2023 Solar PV World Expo.
Latest date show that in 2021, China’s lithium battery production hit 324GWh (up 106%), registering a output of 600 billion RMB. The energy density of advanced ternary batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries has reached an average of 280Wh/kg and 170Wh/kg, respectively, and the battery cycle life of key enterprises has exceeded 5,000 cycles
