The procedure is simple. Just open the Chrome browser and download Gettie-Fittie. Now click on the icon on the right hand side of the tab. Finally, set hours and minutes as per your choice Gettie-Fittie will keep reminding you to take care of your heath with a combination of funny static and animated messages.
