Truth and Justice -- in marble!

Bangalore, January 29 2015: Veritas Technologies, the   information storage management business that Symantec has now  spun out as a separate entity, was  originally named Veritas by its CEO  Mark Leslie in honour of Harvad his alma mater , whose motto it is. 
Veritas is the Roman Goddess of Truth,   a daughter of Saturn and the mother of Virtue.  Many statues to Veritas, dot the world from classic times. We feature two here.  Truth is a common theme outside court houses -- but Veritas is possibly the only IT company which  uses  it as  its core identity.
