Sanjay Viswanathan is the new CEO of leading IT consulting and software services provider, Sonata Software.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School and Strathclyde University, he brings about two decades of business leadership experience across technology, media, healthcare and manufacturing businesses. Prior to his appointment at Sonata, Sanjay was based in London and has advised FTSE 100,Fortune 500, blue]chip consulting firms, PE firms, and privately held companies on driving operations excellence and value creation through Tech& Outsourcing. He has previously served as Chief Outsourcing & Offshoring Officer and member of group executive at Reed Elsevier Plc, Vice President at GE/Genpact, Head – Global Strategic Relationships and Public Sector at Infosys and Brand Manager/S&M Manager at3M.
While Viswanathan is to be CEO, Managing Director and Member of the Board, Srikar Reddy is to be the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Sonata.
