Bangalore, December 21, 2015: Davinder Singh Brar, has been elected as the Chairman of leading IT services and solutions provider Mphasis
He replaces Dr. Friedrich Froeschl, who resigned from the Board due to health reasons.
Brar has been involved with the Life Sciences industry for nearly four decades. Post his tenure at Ranbaxy, he promoted Contract Research and Manufacturing Services companies; GVK Biosciences and Inogent Labs. He serves on the boards of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Wockhardt Limited, Gland Pharma Limited and Mountain Trail Foods Private Limited apart from being a Special Advisor to Bain Consulting.
