India-born Rajeev Suri is global head of Nokia

Espoo, Finland , May 1 2014:  India born,  Rajeev Suri  is the  global President and CEO of Nokia Corporation  effective today. Since October  2009, he has served as CEO of NSN, the former joint venture between Nokia and Siemens that is now fully owned by Nokia.
Suri joined Nokia in 1995 and has held a wide range of leadership positions in the company.  He is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications,  from the Manipal Institute of Technology, Mangalore University, Karnataka, India.
