Chennai, May 7, 2013: -- CR Rao, the Vice President - Strategy, Admin & HR at Managed Enterprise, Network and IT Services leader Sify Technologies. has been elevated to the post of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Sify, C R Rao has over 21 years of industry experience. A double graduate in Law and Commerce, his previous assignments were with Delta Tubes Pvt. Ltd. and Bobba Aviation Services - GSA Lufthansa Cargo.
Rao joined Sify in 2009. In his new role as the Chief Operating Officer, CR Rao will work closely with the Chairman and be responsible for all operational and delivery duties concerning Sify's multiple businesses.
