Mumbai February 16  2013: South Asia’s largest digital entertainment company, Hungama Digital Media Entertainment and India’s largest game studio,  Gameshastra, have come together in a  joint venture to  create an integrated and comprehensive gaming company. The new alliance brings together Hungama’s strengths in digital entertainment, with expertise in the area of mobile and online gaming and Gameshastra’s  expertise in game development to deliver localized games across various platforms.
