Mumbai, January 3, 2012: Outstripping many an another India IT honcho, Girish Ramdas, CEO and Co-founder of Magzter  has been declared “Person of the Year 2012”  online IT news site CIOL ( Cybermedia online).Girish  won the award with over 12,000  popular votes.
Says Girish: In 2008, when the iPhone App Store was launched, my co-founder, Vijay Radhakrishnan came up with the idea of “creating apps”. Apple co-founder Steve Jobs was an inspiration for us to start our own digital magazine store. We had the expertise of App creation as well as magazine publishing and so Magzter came very naturally to us.”
