For the Tata-owned Croma chain of electronic retail outlets, Pine Labs has provided a solution that morphs credit card and prepaid gift card into a single seamless operation.
“Every transaction is an opportunity”, said Pine Labs’ CEO, Lokvir Kapoor in a briefing for IndiaTechOnline , “The challenge is to reduce the cost of acquiring a customer, then retain his loyalty by making the payment operation as painless as possible”.
