Bangalore, August 30 2012: US-headquartered Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions,Pegasystems, has expanded its India presence -- opening a facility in Bangalore, the second after its existing unit in Hyderabad.

Founder-CEO Alan Trefler, was in Bangalore last week for the inaugurationof the 55,000 square feet  facility that can accomodate a team of 400, to address tasks in R&D, Engineering Services, Industry Solutions Framework and Customer Support. Pegasystems currently, has nearly 120 associates in Bangalore and plans to increase its headcount there.
Pega came to India in 2008 and has a 400 strong team  in Hyderabad.

Ever since we started our operations in India in 2008, we were surprised to experience the potential of what is possible here.
