New Delhi, June 23, 2012 - The world's largest provider of Web hosting and domain name registration – GoDaddy -- has set up an India operation and appointed Rajiv Sodhi as Managing Director of GoDaddy India. India is expected to be Go Daddy's largest international office before the end of the year. Sodhi will be the first-ever international executive appointed by the Scottsdale, Arizona 9 US)-based Go Daddy and will oversee the company’s expansion into the India market.

Sodhi has an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering, specializing in Computer Science. Prior to Go Daddy, Sodhi worked in various roles at Microsoft India dating back to 2001. He recently held the positions of Director of SMB and Cloud Business, both with Microsoft.
Go Daddy has a history of serving small-to-midsize businesses in the U.S. and other parts of the world by offering affordable online products ideal for online storefronts . Go Daddy has more than 10.3 million customers worldwide and more than 53 million domain names under management, the largest portfolio in the history of the Internet.
