Chennai, October 26 2011: Chennai based Education Support Services Company EdServ has expanded its mobile learning services to offer IITJEE and AIEEE test prep content on Tata DOCOMO's pan India educational platform - Tutor on Mobile (TOM) service. EdServ's educational content which was previously available online on its flagship product www.lampsglow.com will now be available in the form of videos, text, images, live interactions and pod casts on the mobile smart phone.

The entire AIEEE and IIT JEE package has been priced attractively with each video costing the AIEEE/IIT JEE aspirant between Rs.5 and Rs.10.
Students can subscribe to Tutor on Mobile (TOM) by sending a SMS with keyword 'TOM' to 5333300 - Toll free. The first month subscription charges have been waived off as an introductory offer from the date of subscription and after consumption of free monthly usage, the service will be charged at Rs. 30 per month.

In June this year, EdServ made the first of its kind offering in the mobile space of the Indian market, with HumThum.com, a mobile based Knowledge apps that can be accessed anywhere anytime from the mobile smart phone. In the pilot phase of the roll out, over 50,000 students have already accessed HumThum’s mobile apps. The company is targeting a user base of 1Crore in the next 18-24 months.
The HumThum application has a PDF converter that will change the Samsung smart phone to a mobile scanner or a photocopier. HumThum apps has a ‘Talking Dictionary’ that will provide pronunciation and meaning of any English word. Humthum also helps users to design, host and update their own personal or business website from the mobile phone.
