Financial services leader, Fiserv, sets up R&D base in Bangalore

Brookfield (Wiscosin) US-based global financial services technology provider Fiserv, has set up a new research and development centre in Bangalore.
With a presence in India’s silicon city since 2010, thanks to the acquisition of AdviceAmerica, Fiserv already has  other Indian operations in Pune and the National Capital Region, with a team of more than 2,600 associates who provide product development, infrastructure support and managed services in IT and business-process outsourcing (BPO).

The Bangalore facility is critical to delivering leading R&D services in digital channels, business analytics and remote infrastructure management for financial institutions.”

Fiserv has invested considerably in the development of IT and BPO capability in India. The present facility seats 200 highly skilled associates. As Fiserv expands its offerings in areas such as advanced analytics, the Company will benefit from the experienced resource pool of IT talent in Bangalore, part of Fiserv’s global workforce of more than 19,000 associates.
