Educational BPO Transgenez reaches out to rural India

Bangalore based education BPO, Transgenez has reached out to rural India while enlarging its footprint with ‘knowledge hubs’ throughout the state of Karnataka.
While many players in business process and knowledge process outsourcing, have tried taking international voice to tier 2 and 3 cities, Transgenez has gone the extra mile by its association with two NGOs by taking BPOs beyond metro cities to the rural hinterland, Dhawal Kumar, CEO of Transgenez explained at a media event earlier in the week.
The company is working on a hub and spoke model. … and plans to open ‘spokes’ in areas where there are universities and colleges, which have at least 50 tutors. For every 5 spokes, the company will have one hub. The hub will basically accommodate technology, capability building and monitoring. It intends to open at least 5 hubs over next six months. Transgenez (www.transgenez.com  ) is a boutique outsourcing company co-owned by a group of young entrepreneurs. It has two divisions; outsourcing and Education and at present the company is operational in Bangalore, Noida and Pune. The client base is spread across UK, USA, Canada, Australia and India. It offers end to end voice and non voice solutions in media and entertainment space, financial services, live education and content management .
