Chennai, July 30, 2017: Chennai headquartered global business software solutions provider, Zoho, has gone from a la carte to an all-you-can-consume buffet, when it comes to software that fuels business.
In a a new marketing policy that is both disruptive as well as a Godfather-like 'offer you can't refuse' to corporates, especially small and medium enterprises, the company has whipped together 35 of its most popular applications and tools and the same number of mobile apps into a single administrative entity with a simple pricing strategy; Rs 1000 or $ 30 or € 30 per month per employee.
The buffet includes starters to kickstart sales like CRM, Reports and Contacts Manager; a main course of backroom tools like Mail, Projects and Meeting and a substantial desert selection Marketing, Sales, Surveys and Social Media.|
Zoho One, as it is called, is in essense an all-in-one suite of applications to run an entire business—across every function and organisational group. Taking away one of the major hassles of having to pay for such tools under different contracts for different users at different rates, Zoho offers a flat pricing and leaves it to the client to decide who gets to use what.
Zoho One includes more than 35 integrated web applications and an equal number of mobile apps—under a single sign-on and with centralized administration and provisioning—making it a true operating system for a business. Zoho One is available for Rs 1,000 per month, per employee.
Explains Founder-CEDO Sridhar Vembu: " All 35 cloud-based apps will be offered in their full enterprise editions. These include our latest tools Zoho Sign, a digital signature product. We are hopeful ZohoOne will help our users avoid the 'integration spaghetti' of multiple tools from multiple vendors."
Even as ZohoOne was going through its beta phase (Zoho adapted it to administer its 5000-strong workforce) some 350 customers worldwide, have already deployed it with success. Two of them were on hand at the launch event last week to share their experience:
"The Zoho One suite of applications has aligned our entire team into one unit and enabled us to make data-driven decisions", said Naveen Valsakumar, CEO, Notion Press.
Added Prakarsh Gagdani, CEO, 5paisa.com: “With Zoho, we have a unified solution that allows us to track the journey of customers from the time they are data points till after they have become customers. Having one view for CRM, email campaigns, customer support and other software has helped us have a holistic approach towards a customer."
Zoho One offers one secure account and single sign-on access to the entire suite. A single Admin Panel enables and controls access, greatly simplifying provisioning, access, and audit. And the asking price -- less than the cost of a cup of coffee, per employee, per day -- doesn't hurt either.
Zoho, 21 years old this year, has 160,000 paying customers in 120 plus countries, and is available in over 25 languages To handle the anticipated increase in business with the launch of ZohoOne, it is in the process of adding 2 more data centres -- in Chennai and Mumbai -- to its current 6 data centres worldwide.
