Hyderabad, August 25 2015: The Managed Testing Services Division of Cigniti Technologies, headquartered in Hyderabad, has been appraised at CMMI-SVC v1.3, Maturity Level 5 -- becoming the world's first Independent software testing services company to bed according this recognition.
The CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) model, relevant for IT services companies like Cigniti, provides an integrated set of guidelines for providing superior services. This milestone will further strengthen Cigniti’s ability to offer best in class testing services for Global 2000 companies

The appraisal was performed by Hitesh Sanghavi (CMMI HMLA) from CUNIX Infotech Pvt Ltd.
CMMI is a result of 20 years of ongoing work at Carnegie Mellon University by members of industry, government and Software Engineering Institute.
