Bangalore, December 6, 2014: Microland, India's first hybrid IT Infrastructure Services provider has today announced the inauguration of its Bangalore – Global Network Operations Centre (B-GNOC), for its customer, Computacenter plc.
B-GNOC is expected to service the varied IT infrastructure requirements of Computacenter’s worldwide customers.  Computacenter is one of Europe's leading independent providers of IT infrastructure services. Microland delivers IT infrastructure services to Computacenter’s customers in both public and private sectors.

In the future, the facility will evolve to deliver multiple services for Computacenter’s customers.”

Microland has signed a five-year contract with Computacenter and the new facility adds offshore services capability to Computacenter’s offerings, allowing them to expand on their existing offerings by making available all the standardized processes and tools to their customers from Microland’s B-GNOC facility. 
NASSCOM estimates that, by 2020 one third of the IT industry revenues will come from Managed Services and India will have a 45% share in the global addressable market for Remote Infrastructure Management. Microland is expected to play a significant role in the next revolution of IT industry.
