Melbourne to be Australian HQ for CIM solutions leader Servion

Mumbai, March13, 2014: Indian leader in Customer Interaction Management solutions -- Servion Global Solutions is to set up its Australian  business headquarters in Melbourne. Australian Minister for Technology Gordon Rich-Phillips made this announcement  here a few days ago  during his visit with a trade mission.
"Information provided by the Victorian Government Business Office in India about the commercial environment in Victoria, including details of our tax system, rental rates and employment conditions, enabled Servion to develop a compelling business case for Melbourne", Rich-Phillips said.
Servion's Vice President and Region Head – APAC  Abhijit Banerjee said  the company was grateful for the support provided by the very business-friendly Victorian Coalition Government in facilitating the opening of its Australian office.
“We have been actively servicing clients in Australia for over six years. Geographical proximity to our customers will provide fillip to our efforts of adding greater value to their businesses,” he added..
Servion had more than 600 customers in over 60 countries and was an international expert in providing customer interaction management solutions for organisations globally.
