China mobile phone brand, Konka, enters Indian  market

Mumbai, December 16, 2012 -- KONKA,  one of China’s top mobile phone brands  has entered the Indian market,  into a strategic partnership with MAK Mobility Private Limited. KONKA smartphones operate on Google's Android platform and are targeted at young, tech savvy, style conscious people.Says  Li Hongtao, Chairman of KONKA Telecom :  "We aim to offer quality products with novel features matching the expectations of the discerning consumers, especially the youth whose lifestyle increasingly revolves around smart devices.
