New Delhi, October 15, 2012: Sony India claims a lot of firsts with its slate of l announcements last week of launches for the Diwali season:

Bravia KD-X9000 84 inch TV boasts 4K technology which gives four times the resolution of Full HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) . Its 4K X-Reality Pro Engine is also capable of up-scaling any HD content to 4K, so customers can seamlessly enjoy upscaled 2K content at any time. Personal 3D Viewer HMZ-T2 is the World’s first wearable 3D TV ,
a light and comfortable head-mounted, High Definition 2D and 3D personal display with virtual 5.1 surround sound. It boasts two OLED screens for each eye, which eliminates crosstalk, making it ideal for both film enthusiasts and solid gamers. Rs 69,990.
DSLT Alpha a99: the next generation of DSLR camera, with the world’s first Translucent Mirror full frame and Translucent Mirror technology, customers can enjoy crisp, sharp and perfectly-focused images. It also features the world's first Dual AutoFocus system and by maximizing the strength of both the sensors, it vastly improves subject tracking performance as well as focussing precision. Price not announced.
