Premium memory maker, Corsair, reaches out to the rest of us in India with a DDR3 module

New Delhi, August 6 2012: Leading PC hardware player Corsair, has launched a DDR3 memory module, made specifically for the Indian market. The 4GB module in its XMS series -- CMX4GX3M1A1600C11 – is aggressively priced at Rs 1800 with a 10 year warranty.
It will fit in all DDR3 desktop motherboards and works on all Intel and AMD platforms. Corsair has hitherto been affordable by specialist users like PC games machine enthusiasts.
Says M A Mannan, Corsair’s India Country Manager: "India has always been a price sensitive market and hence Corsair has had a slow growth due to its comparatively premium pricing. Now we have come up with a memory module especially for the Indian customers, XMS3. XMS3 has been designed without compromising the world wide quality standards of Corsair. Our partners will be very happy to offer quality product from Corsair to their customers at a far competitive rate."

Founded in 1994, Corsair supplies high performance products purchased primarily by PC gaming enthusiasts who build their own PCs or buy pre-assembled customized systems. The company's products include DDR3 memory upgrades, USB flash drives, power supply units, solid-state drives, PC speakers, gaming headsets, gaming keyboards, laser gaming mice, system monitoring and control devices, CPU cooling products, and computer cases.
