New Sony Ericsson handset range boasts Xperia display technology

Bangalore, October 18, 2011, Sony Ericsson has launched its new Xperia range of mobile phones -- the series name recalling the display technology used by Sony in its Bravia TV sets. The Xperia neo V ( Rs18,000 ) and Xperia pro( Rs 24,000) are both Android -fuelled handsets with some interesting add-ons: enhanced camera capabilities enabled by the Mobile Bravia engine that enables the best visual experience; the xLOUD for enhanced sound output and Noise Shield for noise cancellation; the 3D Panorama Sweep that capturesbreathtaking panoramic images and the Exmor R for the best photography, evenin low-light.
Sony Ericsson hascollaborated with India’s largest mobile service operator, Bharti Airtel, to offer customers with 500MB/month of free 3G/2G data usage for the first three months since the time of purchase of any of these Xperia™ phones. In addition to this, Airtel mobilecustomers buying these new Xperia devices will also be able to enjoy freeMobile TV experience for 200 minutes or 2 months, whichever earlier.
